I was just doing a coaching session with one of my high end master coaching students on a property/business she is looking at buying.  When I initially looked at the numbers on the property it was pretty sketchy.  As we talked about it a bit more I could see that she was really passionate about the business and the land that is located in Hawaii.  So we came up with 3 solid ways for her to approach the buyer and get the deal done while still making sure that she is protected and not paying too much.  I recorded the call and with her permission she agreed that it was OK with her for me to share it you.
